Tehran(Bazaar): Sam Kamani in interview with Bazaar News Agency said: Metaverse real estate is supposed to be valued in trillions of dollars in the coming years.
He is a serial entrepreneur, co-Founder and CEO of Ensydr.com, the company on a mission to make trading and investment accessible to 2.6 billion gamers around the world. Since graduating in Computer Science, Sam has worked in three continents and continues to work with startups in New Zealand and the Silicon Valley. Besides advising startups, Sam has also published 2 books, "The 30 Day Startup" which became an instant Amazon Bestseller and "Business in the time of Corona".

Bazaar: How do you see the future of Metaverse technology
Kamani: Having built startups in Web3 and advising various tech startups in the NFT and blockchain space I have witnessed the exponential growth of the Metaverse.
But first what is Metaverse - To me, the simplest definition of the Metaverse is a shared imaginary place. That is made possible by technological advancements, such as 3d virtual environments, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Tokenization, virtual reality and Augmented reality.
I see the future of MetaVerse filled with opportunities. In the episode 5 of the Web3podcast (web3pod.xyz/) I talk about the opportunities that Metaverse is going to bring us.
One of the most immediate opportunities in the Metaverse is in RealEstate. Metaverse real estate is supposed to be valued in trillions of dollars in the coming years. Just like if you purchased land in the past in any growing city and it is worth a lot more today. Same principle applies to land, shops and real estate in the Metaverse. I discuss a lot more opportunities like these on my podcast.
Bazaar: Which countries have invested more in this area? And are they leaders in this field?
Kamani: One of the countries that stand out is South Korea. They have always led the world in internet speed. Now they want to do the same with Metaverse. The capital city of South Korea, Seoul, is one of the latest cities to announce plans to establish a presence in the metaverse.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced plans to launch Metaverse Seoul and invest around $3.3 million into the project.
Metaverse Seoul will include a virtual city hall, tourism locations and social centers. The launch is the first time a major city government has invested heavily in the metaverse.
The launch of Metaverse Seoul is part of a plan called Seoul Vision 2030 from the city’s Mayor Oh Se-hoon to build Seoul as a leader in the future city market.
Also some countries like Barbados want to open an embassy in the Metaverse.
Bazaar: What effect does Metaverse have on the digital economy?
Kamani: Most of the people in the developed world already spend a large amount of time online. Most of the work, fun(TV, games), business, social media is already done online. Metaverse just takes it one stage further.
Metaverse makes it more socially acceptable to conduct transactions and work in the virtual world.
Finally due to Covid the number of digital transactions have increased and with Metaverse i believe that this trend will continue.
Bazaar: What effect does it have on the cryptocurrency investment?
Kamani: With time only the cryptocurrency tokens that have real value and are used regularly will survive. Metaverse adds that utility, in order to transact on the Metaverse people have to use crypto currencies.
Moreover The Metaverse provides an amazing investment opportunity to savvy investors who understand this space.

Most Metaverse projects have a token or cryptocurrency that is used within that digital world.
As more metaverse projects develop a lot more cryptocurrency investors will divert their investment towards goods, services and real estate in the Metaverse
Bazaar:How do you see the position of Iran in metaverse?
Kamani: Any country that moves first and moves fast will have a significant advantage in the Metaverse. Since Iran has a large young and entrepreneurial population, Iran could easily take a leading role by encouraging more Metaverse projects.
Finally country borders will mean very little in future in the Metaverse, leveling the playing field for everyone.
